Scallops with Zucchini & Tapenade

Ingredients list
  • Scallops
  • Garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Zucchini
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Tapenade or Black Olive Spread

Instructions

  • Cook the scallops with garlic in olive oil
  • Cut and cook zucchini
  • Add spices and herbs to taste
  • Serve in a plate and add scallops
  • On the scallops add a generous spoon of our Barnier Tapenade or of our Barnier Black Olives Spread
