In a saucepan, melt onions and garlic cloves cut into strips in olive oil
Add the chopped turkey and fry for 5 to 8 minutes over high heat.
Add ½ cup (or 10cl) of white wine, ¼ cup (or 5cl) of water, a bay leaf, salt and pepper. Cover and lower the heat. Leave to cook for 25-30 minutes.
10 minutes before the end of the cooking time, add mushrooms cut in 2 and our BARNIER Green Olives Picholines
Check that the meat is tender, then serve with rice or pasta as desired
